Erik Krebs

Coach Erik Krebs joins us for his first season with the JV Predators! Erik recently completed his first season coaching at the University level by joining the Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks as an offensive line assistant. As a quarterback coach for the JV Preds, Erik will play a big role in prepping the offense alongside coordinator Steve Warner.

Coach Erik played lacrosse and volleyball in high school until one of his teachers tricked him into playing football (true story!)
After a short but successful high school career, Erik played football at a junior college in California before making his way to Bishops University. His football resume is impressive, starting all 5 season at offensive tackle for the Gaitors and earning himself East West Bowl All-Star distinctions. After graduating from Bishops, Erik chose to pass on CFL playing opportunities to pursue his goal of becoming a high school teacher.

Coach Krebs is currently working his way towards a full-time teaching position in the Waterloo Region and he is currently assisting Coach Dylan with the Huron Heights junior football team!
