Special Announcement

We have 2 big announcements for our members today.

1. Name Change

We are pleased to announce that Twin Cities Football has changed our name, effective today, to Waterloo Region Minor Football.  We believe that this name better represents our association and the many players we have who live outside the cities of Kitchener- Waterloo in areas like Elmira, Manheim and Wellesley.  The name truly reflects the diversity of our players and members.  We also believe Waterloo Region Minor Football will be a more recognizable name for others outside of our region who don't necessarily know that Twin Cities refers to Kitchener-Waterloo.

Waterloo Region Predators

Our teams this summer will be named the Waterloo Region Predators. This name change along with our new jersey design is definitely an exciting fresh start to 2017!

Our new website url is now www.WaterlooRegionFootball.com

Our website content, social media and email addresses will be updated with our new name over the coming weeks.

2. UnderArmour Under The Lights - Flag Football - Waterloo Region

We are excited to announce our new Spring Flag Football league for Waterloo Region in partnership with the Under Armour - Under The Lights flag program.  
Under the Lights is a successful national youth flag football league in the United States for kids in K-8th grade, and it’s new in Ontario for 2017!
We are proud to be running the league for Waterloo Region, which is another reason our name change made sense.
The league is for both boys and girls K-8 of all skill levels and promotes a competitive, confidence building, non-contact football experience. It's an excellent way to develop football fundamentals and skills in a non-contact environment.
Games are played on Saturday’s at Kaufman Field starting May 6 and runs for 8 weeks.
